Flexible Financing Makes the Deal Real

Ablum Brown provides access to all levels and types of capital required in real estate transactions—particularly joint-venture investment capital and fund placement for real estate companies and a diverse range of institutional grade real asset classes. We work with parties in various situations, including debt and equity for acquisitions, construction financing, development joint-ventures, refinancing, or acquiring and disposing and troubled assets.

We target real estate developers, owners, investment partnerships, real estate operating companies and other organizations with proven track-records in their respective sector that are focused on income-producing properties in major markets and cities in North America. We source capital primarily for the following asset classes:

  • Multifamily
  • Student housing
  • Grocery-anchored retail
  • Large stand-alone retail
  • Manufactured housing
  • Hospitality
  • Class A office and medical office
  • GSA (mission-critical properties only)
  • Storage facilities
  • Senior Living (Independent/Assisted/Memory Care)

Ablum Brown can arrange capital for transactions in the asset classes identified above, and can procure operating capital for real estate companies with growth initiatives.
